Thanksgiving service in Gloucester Cathedral

GFWI received invitations for three members to represent the Federation at the Thanksgiving Service for the 60th anniversary of the end of WW2, held in the Cathedral. Shirley and Liz came along with me, and whilst there we met up with Carolyn Elwes and Sheila Evans, there in their official capacities as wives of the Lord Lieutenant and Deputy, respectively.

Of course, the WI ladies turned up trumps in their hats!
