A Grand Day Out

We spent today in Bristol, being tourists not so far from home. It was a gloriously sunny day, if a little chilly, but we enjoyed the fresh air and it was interesting to see how much Bristol had changed since we last were in that part of the city.

We began with hot chocolate, then walked up Park Street, pottered in Borders and Habitat, enjoyed a short look around Fresh and Wild, then had lunch in Wagamama.

Walked back (downhill, thank goodness) to the cathedral, where we had a look around, particularly enjoying the memorials on the walls. More photos, as always, in the usual place.
